Launch of the Swimsure
We are excited for the launch of the Swimsure: a revolutionary new product for boat owners. In recent times people have stayed away from swimming in open water because of fears of shark attacks. The people at Swimsure hope to change all this with an eco-friendly personal enclosure that can be launched from a boat or jetty. The Swimsure is your first line of defence against marine predators lurking underneath.
The lovely people behind the Swimsure, local Western Australian inventors Chris & Alanna Burton, share the same goals as we do: to protect swimmers in an environmentally friendly way. When we heard about their designs, we contacted the inventors to supply the protective eco-friendly marine panels, which are now the same components as the Bionic Barrier. We are looking forward to supplying the Swimsure barrier components and protecting swimmers in our oceans.

Statement on the Eco Shark Barrier
In recent times we have had members of the public confusing our marine barrier, the ‘Bionic Barrier’, with the ‘Eco Shark Barrier’ that is currently installed at Coogee Beach. We would like to make clear that the ‘Eco Shark Barrier’ is not in any way related to our company; it is in fact a competitor’s product.
The confusion has been caused due to the prior relationship between our industrial design partners, Form Designs, and the company currently producing the ‘Eco Shark Barrier’, Eco Shark Barrier Pty Ltd. Form Designs have ceased all involvement in the ‘Eco Shark Barrier’ since January 2014 and were not involved in the design of the new ‘Eco Shark Barrier’ that is currently installed at Coogee Beach.
We would like to distance ourselves completely from the ‘Eco Shark Barrier’ and stress that we have never had any involvement or association with this product or company. We are confident in the capabilities of our advanced marine barrier technology and look forward to the release and progression of our marine barrier products.
